Return Policy

At DNA Mobile Gaming, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Altered items
  • USB Cables or adapters

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at dnaappdevelopment@gmail.com or fill out the contact form to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or full refund.

Cancelation Request:

 If you'd like to cancel your order please send an email to  dnaappdevelopment@gmail.com with your order # and reasoning to request a cancellation properly.  Please DO NOT simply open a PayPal case to cancel an order as this isn't the way to request canceling any items in any business, thank you.
